We have a well maintained Caravan and Campsite nestled in the beautiful area of Monmouthshire. Located in the village of Pandy, near Abergavenny.  Our site is located near some popular walks including the Offa’s Dyke, the Sugarloaf Mountain and about 25 miles from Pen-y-fan. We have a Pub and Restaurant on-site, with a family friendly beer garden and play area for the children. The campsite is open from Easter to Halloween weather permitting, booking is essential for school holidays, weekends and bank holiday weekends.

Only fully equipped caravans/trailer tents and motor homes with working bathroom and kitchen can stay on the site as per the Welsh Government Guidelines

EHU £25.00 per night with up to 2 people staying on the pitch, additional persons charged as below

£5 for every additional person on the pitch

With the new guidelines made by the Welsh Government we have added and amended some of our campsite rules below ……………..

No Awnings

No more than 2 pitches can be booked together

Showerblock facilities and pot washing area closed 

Water taps and waste toilet are still accessible, social distancing will need to be followed when filling/emptying

Pre Booked pitches only, full names of all guests on the pitch and contact information will be taken before arrival and kept on site for 21 days for the track trace test programme for all our guests safety

Small BBQ’s permitted, you will need to bring a stand if using disposables but no firepits/campfires at all 

Anyone found to not be following the rules or respecting other guests within the park will be asked to leave immediately without reimbursment of fee’s paid 

GAZEBOS permitted at an additional cost NA
NO ball games on the campsite itself, we do have the children’s play area for any activities you may want to do. NA
The Park owners accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury caused whilst on site.

One car per pitch other vehicles to be parked in car park. 
Please keep dogs on leads/tethers whilst on the site and do not leave them unattended. Please clear, bag up and dispose of any mess made in the council dog waste bin just outside the car park.
Breathable Ground Sheets to be used for awnings. NA
Please use the Thomas Waste bins in the main car park for all the site rubbish.
NO Camp Fires or fire pits, BBQ’s are permitted please keep at least 1ft off the ground.
For everyone’s enjoyment NO Loud Music or rowdy behaviour, any person found to be causing a nuisance will be asked to leave with NO reimbursement of fees paid. 
We advise that your caravan be fully insured as NO responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage whilst on site.
Do Not Wash your vehicle or caravan on site, nor connect hosepipes to the taps.
Departure by 11am (unless extension agreed with site owner)
Shower block is on a security code which will be advised on arrival. NA
Cleaning of the shower block takes place daily, usually in the afternoon and will be closed for at least half an hour.  NA
